When you hire BK Build Co., you work directly with me — the person designing and building your site, not an account manager passing notes down a chain. When you need a change, you text me and it's done.

I'm Brendan, and I'm local to the Plymouth area. You'll work directly with the person building your website—not an account manager who passes your notes down a chain. That means straightforward communication, practical advice, and a site made for the way your business actually works.

01Do I have to sign up for the monthly care plan?
No. It's completely optional. You can own and run the finished site without it, or choose the plan if you'd rather have me handle hosting, updates, and small changes.
02Can someone else maintain the site later?
Yes. The site uses standard web files that another developer can work with. You're never trapped in a proprietary platform or required to keep paying me.
03What do you need from me?
Your business details, preferred contact information, services or menu, hours, and any photos you want included. If your wording isn't ready, I can help organize it into clear website copy.
04Do I get my own website address?
Yes. The finished site can use your business's own domain. If you don't have one yet, I can help you get it connected.
